Passionate about the sea since I was a child, I spent all my summer in the bay of Cassis. The magic of the wine conquered me as an adult...
So, what could be more obvious than to share my two passions with you?
Over the last 20 years I have the chance to open 3 restaurants, to discover the variety of French vinyards and to specialise in the art of wine-servind and Œnologie, with the aim to always give the best advice and to satisfy my customers.
For a few years now, I have been an advisor for restaurant and tourism professionals. My speciality is definitely wine and the pleasure of sharing it.
